Owners, Doug and Kristie Shores, started out working at the Downtown Keller's location when they were teens. They had a dream to open their own bakery closer to home. On Tuesday November 9, 2004, at 6:00 am, they opened their doors, with the goal to provide fresh cakes, cookies, pastries and excellent service to their customers. We are simply a good old-fashioned bakery, serving good food to the good people of Youngsville.
